Angie Hamman stood out above the other Real Estate Agents I interviewed to work with for the sale of my home. I soon learned that selling a home is a business deal and needs to be dealt with professionalism, expertise, confidence and kindness. Angie has all those qualities. Her presentation was impressive. It included a vision, expectations, and goals with how to achieve them. Angie followed through with every step of the plan presented. Before I even signed our agreement, she reviewed my needs for a rental to move to and developed a rental website that forwarded possible rentals to my email. Next came moving clutter from the house before repairs and suggested improvements could be made. This included helping with packing, planning a garage sale and moving items to storage or donation centers. She has good relationships with vendors and negotiated fair prices for the work that needed to be done. Some work costs came with discounts because of her trusted long term relationships with them. After repairs and improvements were completed, her team produced a professional video which included drone footage showing the property from a different perspective and aerial footage of the land up the 70 stairs to the top of the hill behind the house. There was even interest from “House Hunters’” TV show after the video was reviewed by their consultants online. After all Angie’s careful planning and execution, the “Open House” was successful. Her incredible ideas to increase foot traffic to the home for the Open House worked and yielded lots of interest and potential buyers. The 1st day the house was on the market, an offer was made and the house sold. Angie continued to work closely through the closing process until the deal was completed. Though out the entire process, she kept me informed of the progress. Angie has gone above and beyond what I expected. She proved to be extremely knowledgeable and reliable, willing to go the extra mile . Her dedication for making the house sale a successful event showed through every step of the way. Absolutely THE BEST realtor we have had the pleasure to work with. I would like to separate my comments into a number of areas.

I did not know Angie before; she was recommended by my bank in Las Vegas. Angie picked me up at the airport each time I came to San Diego, even after the closing.

Finding the right property for me Even though I thought I knew what I wanted, It appeared that I changed my mind several times. On each new area Angie was completely prepared and showed many properties, until we found the perfect property, which I love. Computer Research On each phase of my purchase Angie demonstrate substantial skill exploiting all the resources available on the internet. Good information is critical. Negotiation of Price I felt very well supported in my effort to get the best price to offer. Closing process Every phase of the closing was handled well, even though I lived quite a distance away. Relationship with the Listing agent Her relationship with the listing agent was both friendly and cooperative. Much was gained as a result of this relationship. Post-closing assistance Angie never stopped helping me even the purchase was closed. Finding vendors Angie has a network of vendors and helped me find ideal support for me to renovate my condo.
